This past weekend, the NBA world was given one of the best moments of the season in a game that will be key to everything the Warriors are doing this year.
What we all witnessed will be talked about and archived away for with some the best game winners ever. In todays world of the internet, information is quick and everyone has a voice taking local discussions to a worldwide platform.
So lets talk about what happened in OKC.
This week in NBA news brought us a transaction that seems like it was a late bloomer in what could have been the most uneventful trade deadline ever.
The Brooklyn Nets decided to wave their “star” player Joe Johnson and throughout the week the talks didn’t seem to stop about where Joe would end up.
So Joe’s ultimate decision was an interesting one, especially when we consider the playoffs and Johnson’s intentions.

Last night was a great duel between a team that is seemingly coasting through the NBA season constantly looking for challengers that dare to answer the bell.
Sometimes, you just can’t win the fight, but moral victories do not go to the wayside after a game like this one in Miami, especially for Hassan Whiteside.
Damian Lillard was snubbed this year from the All-Star Game plain and simple.
Whether this has something to do with Kobe Bryant taking up a spot on the West or not, most NBA fans would agree that on any other given day the man down in Portland should have secured a spot on that All-Star team.

Let’s Look at that roster again.
After an amazing Saturday night on the eve of the last day in the 2016 NBA All-Star weekend the only thing left to do was play out the All-Star game, or as most knew it – Kobe Bryant and the Western All-Stars vs. The East.
As the game tipped off we saw LeBron and Kobe jump for the ball for a bit of a laugh. From that point on it was pretty clear what was going to unfold.
One of the most entertaining days of the All-Star Weekend just wrapped up and I’ll be the first to admit that it was one of the best weekends across all 3 events, which is rare these days.
Lets Begin.
A great warm-up event that saw Karl-Anthony Towns take the crown.
It was a great battle as the newest addition to the Skills Challenge requiring the players to hit a 3 point shot at the end proved to produce the “edge-of-your-seat” moments.
KAT beat out Boston’s Isaiah Thomas and helps win it for team bigs!
